1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the StyleMyCatalog website and services. By browsing our website, submitting an enquiry, approving a quotation, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the relevant services.

2. Our Services

StyleMyCatalog provides eCommerce and business support services, which may include:

  • Product cataloguing and marketplace listing.
  • Bulk product uploads and catalogue management.
  • Product image editing, graphics and creative design.
  • Marketplace account and operational support.
  • Business registration and documentation assistance.
  • Digital marketing and related business services.

The exact services available to a customer depend on the selected package, written quotation, order confirmation and mutually agreed scope of work. Not every service is included in every package.

3. Orders and Scope of Work

Before work begins, the customer should review the agreed scope, deliverables, quantity, applicable charges, estimated timeline and any exclusions.

  • Work will be performed according to the scope confirmed in the applicable quotation or order.
  • Additional products, revisions, integrations, urgent requests or work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
  • Changes to the agreed scope may affect the delivery timeline and price.
  • Customers should review deliverables and report discrepancies within a reasonable period.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices are communicated through the relevant service page, quotation, invoice or written order confirmation. The price applicable to an order is the price confirmed for that order.

  • Applicable GST and other statutory charges will be shown or communicated where required.
  • Advance payments, milestone payments and payment deadlines will follow the agreed quotation or invoice.
  • Government fees, marketplace charges, advertising budgets, third-party subscriptions and external expenses are excluded unless expressly included in writing.
  • Work may be paused where a payment remains overdue, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
  • Customers should retain payment confirmations and invoices for their records.

Payment does not guarantee approval of a registration, marketplace listing, account, application or decision controlled by a third party or government authority.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and lawful information needed to perform the requested services.

  • Provide accurate product details, prices, specifications, images and business documents.
  • Ensure submitted content does not infringe another person's intellectual property or rights.
  • Obtain necessary permissions to share documents, images, logos, account access and other materials.
  • Review drafts, proofs, forms and listings before approving publication or submission.
  • Maintain the security of passwords, OTPs, account credentials and business information.
  • Respond to requests for clarification or additional documentation within a reasonable time.

Customers must not knowingly provide false documents, misleading product claims, prohibited content or information intended to circumvent applicable rules.

6. Timelines and Delivery

Delivery estimates depend on the agreed scope, quantity, complexity, timely receipt of information and customer approvals. A timeline is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as a binding deadline in writing.

Delays may occur because of incomplete information, late approvals, technical issues, marketplace changes, government processing or events outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Government Services

Our work may involve third-party platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, AJIO, JioMart, food delivery platforms, payment providers and government portals.

  • These platforms operate under their own policies, eligibility requirements and procedures.
  • We do not control their decisions, availability, review periods, algorithms, fees or policy changes.
  • Account suspensions, listing rejections, approval delays and policy enforcement may be determined by the relevant third party.
  • Customers remain responsible for compliance with applicable platform rules and legal requirements.

We do not guarantee marketplace rankings, sales, revenue, advertising performance, registration approval or any specific commercial result.

8. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

Customers retain responsibility for the materials and content they supply and must have the rights needed for our agreed use of those materials.

Ownership and permitted use of custom designs, edited images, catalogues, source files, templates and other deliverables depend on the applicable quotation or written agreement and any third-party licence restrictions.

Third-party fonts, stock assets, marketplace content and licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms. No ownership transfer should be assumed unless the applicable agreement provides for one.

9. Cancellation, Refunds and Rework

Cancellation requests, refund eligibility, deductions and rework will be assessed according to the applicable quotation, order terms and our Refund and Cancellation Policy .

  • Customers should submit cancellation requests in writing and include the relevant order details.
  • Charges for work already completed, committed third-party costs and non-refundable government or service-provider fees may not be recoverable, subject to applicable law.
  • Where a refund is approved, its amount and processing time will be communicated to the customer.
  • Where deliverables do not match the agreed scope, customers may request a review and any appropriate correction under the applicable service terms.

Nothing in these terms removes any refund, cancellation, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a customer, unauthorised access resulting from the customer's failure to protect credentials, or independent decisions and outages of third-party platforms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law. Any limitation applicable to a particular order remains subject to the relevant agreement and applicable law.

12. Privacy and Information Security

Personal and business information submitted to us may be used to respond to enquiries, deliver services, process payments, maintain records and meet applicable legal obligations.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Customers should not send passwords or OTPs through insecure channels and should share only information necessary for the requested service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, operating procedures or applicable legal requirements. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Changes will apply as permitted by law. Where a change materially affects an existing order, the applicable agreement and legal requirements will determine its effect.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are subject to the laws of India, to the extent applicable. Disputes should first be raised with us so the parties can attempt to resolve them in good faith.

Any jurisdiction or dispute-resolution provision applicable to a particular matter remains subject to mandatory legal requirements and the rights available to consumers under applicable law.
